Food Review: Momotaro

Momotaro is a Japanese & Sushi restaurant located in West Loop, Chicago

I've been wanting to try a new Japanese restaurant and have walked by Momotaro many times in the West Loop. Make your reservation here.

What we ordered:

• Yakidori Don (grilled chicken thigh with veggies and egg over rice)

• Spaghetti (spicy beef curry sauce)

• Salmon Nigiri

• Mishima Skirt Steak Skewers

• Miso Soup

Most dishes and sushi pieces were under $20 with some higher priced meats. Some plates are small, so I definitely recommend ordering a couple per person.

Overall, this food was very tasty. The chicken had a very nice flavor as well as the steak. The salmon tasted so fresh, and the spaghetti I downed so fast. High quality meal at a decent price!
